I want to thank Frank Sandoval for outstanding customer service. I have been taking my car to Daniels Tire Service for five years and I have been consistently treated fairly and with courtesy. It's always good to see Frank because he genuinely seems to care about me as a customer. He remembers my name and is always very polite and respectful. After having a great experience 8 months ago, I came back to speak with Frank about a long standing problem with my power steering. He went into detail about the technician's findings and what they recommend. I also did research on the internet and went to the dealership. After reviewing both estimates (the dealership was higher and a lot of other work was recommended that i didn't need) and thinking about who I want to trust my car to, I went with Frank. He is honest and caring and the technician clearly cared as he worked an extra long day to complete the work. This is an outstanding team and I highly recommend them.
Once again, we experienced excellent customer service from Frank, the store manager and his team. Every time we go to this Encinitas location, we are treated with excellent and timely service and very professional communication. Frank explains everything carefully and gives detailed estimates and accurate predictions on how long the job will take. His is a pleasure to deal with.
