I visited the Orange store today for service on 2 of my vehicles. This was my first visit to Daniels Tire and it won't be my last. I had stopped in several weeks ago because I had a nail in my tire. I use my car for my job and needed to get it fixed right away. Unfortunately, the nail was in the sidewall and needed to be replaced. Tony was honest and said it would take a little while to get it replaced. The thing I appreciated the most was his honesty. Daniel's Tire is very fortunate to have Tony running the store and Sean running the service department. First class operation and first class people. Thank you for operating your business the way you do. There aren't too many companies left like yours anymore.
Great and honest service! I would highly recommend seeing Tony in Orange. We've been there before and will defiantly be back! Takes me 40 to 45 minutes to get there from my house worth the drive!
I want to thank Frank Sandoval for outstanding customer service. I have been taking my car to Daniels Tire Service for five years and I have been consistently treated fairly and with courtesy. It's always good to see Frank because he genuinely seems to care about me as a customer. He remembers my name and is always very polite and respectful. Frank hustles and goes out of his way to please each customer.
I had excellent service done to my car (oil change, lube, filter, new battery, brakes, etc.) just before Thanksgiving.
