After a horrible experience at the Firestone down the street, I happened upon this place. Every time I have gone to this facility, I have been treated better than the last. All of their quotes are prompt and on par (or in my case, cheaper) with quotes I have received from people I personally know in the business. I have always been cautious when taking my car in as I have been taken advantage of numerous times. I feel very thankful I came across this faciliy. Outstanding service, repairs, and courtesy.
Best most honest service center in Palm Desert/Bermuda Dunes! I got a nail in my tire, went to 3 different service centers for a flat repair. The first two offered me 4 new tires for $400, or 1 for $50. Daniels Tire Service took my car and repaired the flat no questions and no offer for tire replacement. Thank you for your honest service, I will be back when I need new tires!
In at 9:00, out at 10:00, Salesman Jose, my go to guy Leonard and mechanic Todd made this a very pleasant and efficient service call on my vehicle. Have always received courteous treatment here over many years. Recommend them highly regardless of who works on your vehicle.
Yesterday, I woke up to find a flat tire. After the AAA service driver switched out the flat for my spare, I asked him for a reputable tire place. Without hesitation, he said, "Jack Sauter Goodyear,". He gave me directions and I have to say, I was very impressed! Jose, the service writer, was professional, courteous, and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. They were able to patch the flat, so the cost was only $24.95.
